Start your day on a great HIGH! Come through to the club for a boxing skill and fitness classes designed to work out the entire body: strengthening and toning the muscles, improving fitness and boxing skill and getting those endorphins released to get you pumped for your day ahead!

WORKOUT FEATURES
Warm-up stretch
Cardio warm-up: A varied cardio warm up for each class
Boxing circuit: Varied exercises on different bags & speed-balls, pad-work, sparring and/or shadow boxing
Conditioning: This includes your full-body toning with exercises such as sit-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges, core exercises and many more!
Cool-down stretch: Cooling down the muscles by doing some stretching exercises

ABOUT
This 1 hour, full-body workout will challenge and improve your strength, co-ordination, speed and work every area of your body. A great and fun way to get yourself fit and toned while incorporating all the elements of boxing training.

This class is dedicated to our members who want to compete in the amateur circuit; this is not for those of a faint heart, you will need to be dedicated and strong willed! Jab Boxing & Fitness Club is a registered amateur boxing club fighting under Northcliff Boxing Club. We are putting together a great team of amateur boxers to compete, if you want to join, come hungry! (support is also always appreciated)
