ABOUTThis 1 hour, full-body workout will challenge and improve your strength, co-ordination, speed and work every area of your body.
A great and fun way to get yourself fit and toned while incorporating all the elements of boxing training.

WORKOUT FEATURESWarm-up stretch
Cardio warm-up: A varied cardio warm up for each class
Boxing circuit: Varied exercises on different bags & speed-balls, pad-work, sparring/shadow boxing
Conditioning: This is full-body toning with exercises such as sit-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges, core exercises and many more!
Cool-down stretch: Cooling down the muscles through static stretching exercises
ABOUTThis class is dedicated to our members who want to compete in the amateur circuit; this is not for those of a faint heart, you will need to be dedicated, disciplined and strong willed!
Jab Boxing & Fitness Club is a registered amateur boxing club fighting under Northcliff Boxing Club.
We have a strong team of amateur boxers who compete under the guidance of coach Shane, if you want to join, come hungry!
