Boxing circuit: Varied exercises on different bags & speed-balls, pad-work, sparring/shadow boxing High intensity fitness training: No explanation required 🙂

Conditioning: This includes your full-body toning with exercises such as sit-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges, core exercises and many more!

Cool-down stretch: Cooling down the muscles by doing some stretching exercises
